CRITERIA FOR LISTING ON
OPSR’S CONSULTANT DATABASE

The threshold qualifications and experience for
registration on the Consultants Database are as follows:

Individuals:

• A First Degree and a Masters Degree in the relevant area (from a recognized University) and 10 years work experience in that field.
  
• Or a First Degree in the relevant area (from a recognized University) and 15 or more years work experience in that field.
• Members of Professional bodies (ACCA, CGA, CPA, CA etc), must have at least 6 years post qualification experience.
• Members of the International Consultancy Association, who do not possess the necessary academic qualifications, can be accepted, if they pass all the relevant exams.

B) Firms: 

• At least 40% of the firm’s technical capabilities must be focused in the relevant area. (This is to be determined either by the percentage of staff qualified in the field or the proportion
  of services/sales generated).

A copy of the candidate’s current CV, including the names of two referees. (Clearly identifying the area of expertise) should be submitted to the OPSR at info.opsr@candw.lc
